Backend protection against brute-force attacks
Due to increased brute-force attempts on backend logins to web applications in general, eg. /wp-admin /typo3 /user etc., as of 5/11 2018, backend protection can now be enabled on all domains. If you experience 405 status code when attempting login, whitelist your IP or country, from which you log, in the control panel.
A brute-force attack on login is a method in which attackers try to guess a login by continuously trying combinations of username and password until login succeeds.
